6Card Printer Maintenance and Cleaning

Checking Ribbon Seings

1. Log onto the computer as Administrator.

2. Right click on the Eltron Card Printer.

3. Left click on Properties.

4. Press the Printer Preferences button.

5. Press the Advanced button.

6. Expand Ribbon.

a. Ribbon should be set to YMCKO for multi colored ribbons.

b. Ribbon should be set to K for black and white ribbons.

7. Set Ribbon (if necessary).

8. Click OK until back to the Printers and Faxes window. Then print a test card from the

computer.
